Michael Maziekas lives in Dix Hills, NY with his wife and 3 children. Michael is an adjunct professor in the department of Teaching and Learning at Long Island University, Post Campus where he teaches Nutrition and Sport, Lifespan Motor Learning and Development, Fitness and Conditioning, and Kinesiology / Biomechanics. He is also an adjunct professor in the Department of Health Professions and Kinesiology at Hofstra University where he teaches Exercise Physiology and Implementing Fitness Programs.
Michael teaches the program design and physiology modules and is a continuing education provider for Academy of Applied Personal Training Education (AAPTE), a nationally recognized personal training organization. His continuing education seminars include; Lifespan Motor Learning and Development, Evolution of Nutrition, Quality of Nutrition, Upside of Stress and Stress Management, Special Populations: Exercise Considerations and Program Design, Adaptations to Training, and Behavior Modification.
Michael is a certified Primal Health Coach (PHC), personal trainer, as well as the Master Instructor Ambassador at Equinox Fitness Clubs.

Jessica Maziekas lives in Dix Hills, NY with her husband and 3 children. Jessica is a Fitness Manager, Personal Trainer, and educational Master Instructor at Equinox, where she has worked for over 14 years. She has worked with numerous clients with various goals, fitness levels, and medical/orthopedic needs.
Jessica has a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology from Syracuse University and is a certified Strength & Conditioning Coach through NSCA (National Strength & Conditioning Association). Jessica is a Level 1 Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition and carries certifications in modalities, including but not limited to, Kettlebell training (Lvl 1 & 2), TRX, Pre/Post Natal, Animal Flow, Functional Movement and Pre/Post Natal training. Jessica has experience with 1-on-1 personal training as well as nutritional coaching in both 1-on-1 and small group settings.
Jessica has a passion for helping clients make behavioral changes that lead to improvements in long-term health and wellness. She believes success comes from gaining control over daily stressors, including; raising children, balancing work and home life, making the right food choices, and finding time for oneself.
